During the production and distribution of industrial gases, temperatures can drop as low as –196 °C (Cryogenic level). Only a few materials can withstand such temperatures. MTECK has been providing valve services to these industries and has expertise in various applications where different materials, temperature transitions, pressure ratings, special trims (low noise etc.) and specific flow conditions need to be carefully considered and catered to.

MTECK control valves are well equipped to handle application requirements for production of Industrial gases like Oxygen and Nitrogen and also rare inert gases like Helium and Argon. Industrial gases are typically extracted from air using the process of Separation and some via chemical synthesis. In many cases, Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is also used, which is an economic and reliable method for separating a variety of process gases and bring them to a high purity level. PSA is an application which requires valves to withstand high cycling requirements which our heavy duty and industrial valves are perfectly suited to.
Gases such as Helium, Nitrogen and Oxygen are super cooled and transformed into a liquid state by way of Cryogenic process and hence are often called as cryogenic fluids. These cryogenic fluids have many industrial and medical applications.
